YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy policy
Updated: 21 October 2026
Information you submit
TIHU CAR RENTAL & DRIVER HIRE receives your name, phone number, optional email address, trip requirements and any message you submit. Please do not include identity documents, payment card details or sensitive personal information in the form.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, check availability, prepare a quotation and arrange your requested journey. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and cookies
The booking form validates your details and opens a prefilled WhatsApp message. It does not save enquiries to a website database or send email notifications. A necessary session cookie supports form security and retains your editable draft for up to 30 minutes. Hosting providers may retain access logs. No advertising or analytics scripts are included.
Retention and your choices
Messages you send through WhatsApp and confirmed booking records are retained by the business as needed to respond and arrange the service. To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw your enquiry, contact us on +91 70021 68958. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
WhatsApp enquiries
If you choose WhatsApp, a draft in your website session is available for review or editing for 30 minutes. It is not saved as a website booking request. Opening WhatsApp passes the displayed message, including your contact details, trip requirements and representative car photo link, to WhatsApp. You must tap Send there to deliver it to our business. WhatsApp processes this information under its own policies. You may call us instead.
Maps and external links
The Contact page loads Google Maps, which may process your IP address and other browser information under Google’s policies. External car links and WhatsApp, where provided, lead to third-party services with their own privacy practices.
